"I immediately noticed a small bug on a pillow on the bed. I tried to call the front desk from the room phone but the phone was broken and to staticky to hear anything so I had to use my cell. They offered to change the bedding. No apology. We all know 1 visible bug means more. I asked for another option, may take different room. They said they were completely booked so that wouldn’t be an option but they could check me out. Obviously I wasn’t staying there. We checked out and they couldn’t tell me what to expect for my refund since I booked through Travelocity. Horrible "
