"Absolutely excellent costumer service. We had an issue with flights and arrived 8 hours before check in with 7 people and 9 suitcases. They were able to get it worked out and accommodate us the best they could. Patrick especially was fabulous and can’t praise him enough! Excellent pool, bar, and restaurant. Such a plus getting the umbrella and chairs at the beach everyday. Lastly, the front desk was extremely kind and helpful with opinions and tips for excursions and places to go. 10/10 will go back again. "
