Good location for a one night layover before heading to Sapporo. Rock hard pillows so ask for softer ones if that’s important to you. Tiny room and bathroom. Some torn carpets here and there. Literally 11:01 they call the room to see why you’re not downstairs to check out which was a little surprising. Would only stay again for the sake of a layover.

It was very nice that the hotel is in the airport. It was convenient to stay there for a layover. Almost everything you need is inside the room for you-shampoo, conditioner, body soap, razor, toothbrush and toothpaste. The only item they did not have was body lotion. Great place to stay!

HANEDA hotel with direct access via Terminal 3

Had an unscheduled layover at HANEDA. The hotel is convenient and directly connected to Terminal 3. Breakfast was great and the highlight before heading on with our trip. Highly recommend if you have to stop over in HANEDA or just want to break up long connecting flights

The room was very tiny. The furniture was outdated. You hit your knee on the tub faucet when you showered. Staff was great. It is attached to the airport so most only stay 1 night before their flight. That is all it is good for.

Showering and shivering.

I stayed in room 362 at the very end of the hall. The toilet and shower were built into the floor space of the room and enclosed in glass. The only window in the room was behind the toilet. Fortunately this looked out onto a brick wall. There was no way to use the shower or toilet without an audience as there was no way to block the glass door or walls. The hot water was cold for a long time as I showered and only became hot at the end. Not the level of comfort I would expect at this price. Maybe if I was camping, it would be ok. But poor quality for a room in Tokyo.

This is an excellent hotel, if you forget toothpaste, toothbrush, and other necessities they provide in room. It is clean, comfortable and quiet. It is less than a minute away from the check-in counters at terminal 3. It is so convenient both when arriving from a long flight and departing. The food and other services, shopping at the other terminals is also excellent. We had dinner , two of the nights a where pleasantly surprised at the service and cost of our meal. Highly recommended this hotel!
