We stayed at Montemar for seven weeks in January/February 2025 which was very enjoyable , location was as advertised with very close walking distance to Cabo City center, the Marina and lots of restaurants and shopping availability, the complex was very clean and well maintained and the management company ( Ronival ) was very responsive to our requests during our entire stay, the views from our condo was easily one of the finest in all of Cabo, would definitely recommend this location / complex.Stephen W.
