Room was not clean. Hair all over the bathroom, like they just threw new toiletry products in the corner and left the rest. Dust everywhere, AC was dirty. Most lamps/TV was unplugged, room very dated and falling apart. I did not read the reviews before booking, should have! We did not encounter bugs, thankfully. But to be safe cleaned everything we had in the room when we got home.

The check-in desk was behind a solid piece of thick plastic.The room was in terrible condition. The bed spread had cigarette burns. The motel and Expedia have both refused to issue a refund for my reservation.

The staff was great and personable. The hotel itself smelled in the hall ways. My room was not very clean...the floors were dirty, the counter tops were dirty and so was the toilet. The comforter on the bed had cigarette burns all over it. I was pleasantly surprised to have a microwave and fridge in the room. The air-conditioning was great as well.

Was there for 1 night but the room was terrible.. dirty sheets and bathroom wasnt clean..i had to shower twice since i notice dirty sheets on bed..burn marks on sheets too.. missing peices in bathroom and small marked up..tv was hard to work too..thank god it was 1 day there

Close it or fix it!

How is this place in business? There’s a horrible odor upon walking in. The clerk tells us that there’s no working lock mechanism on the original room we were supposed to have & that if we wanted to leave & come back, someone would have to let us in our room. That is very unsafe for several reasons. Then the clerk went to look at a “better” room & gave us that. There was urine on the toilet seat, the shower was dirty & there were burn holes in the comforter. We were terrified to pull the comforter back to look at the sheets. Let alone open the microwave or mini fridge. Who knows what was in there. Also, there was no additional security lock on the door. The room was dirty, the carpet wasn’t vacuumed & there were bugs in the corners of the wall. It was dark & dingy all throughout with plaster missing from the ceiling. We were there a total of 5 minutes from check in to check out & I will be seeking a full refund. I also believe someone was LIVING there as there was a door decorated as there were with a welcome mat & all. This place needs a revamp or to be shut down. It’s unsafe.

Very dirty and run down. Smelled of urine in the hallways and smelled musty in the rooms. My bed was covered in burn holes from people smoking in a nonsmoking room. All in all I’m surprised this place is open

The door was almost impossible to open because it was jammed. Even the staff had difficulty opening it from the inside. In the next room we were given, the security lock was broken. There was a lot of dust in the bathroom vents and the air conditioning unit. The air conditioning was loud. There were stains on the bedding and sheets. The water pressure was low. The hotel smelled terrible everywhere. The furnishings were old and outdated. Wallpaper was falling off the walls. Not even recommended for one night.

It was dirty in the bathrooms. There was hair all over the place like no one‘s cleaned the bathroom. It had bedbug smashing. You could tell that they had bedbugs at one point in time and it just felt like they were just crawling all over the place carpet was nasty. TVs didn’t work. It was just nasty altogether trash piled up everywhere.

Bring your hand sanitizer and clorox wipes!

This is the 2nd time staying here in about 3 years and it is exactly the same. It is DIRTY! There is a cat in one of the long-term rental rooms and the smell is in the hallway. It is fortunately the cheapest place in the Buffalo area and is safe-enough for those sensitive to that thing. The staff is friendly and helpful and there is no pretense about what you're getting.

This was hands down the filthiest hotel I've ever stayed in. For quick one night stays that are mostly just for sleep, I tend to go with more affordable places and don't expect a lot of the most modern or updated places which is fine but I've ever ever stayed in one so so dirty. Mirrors had grime and splatters, walls and pictures literally had "stuff" in them, lamp shades, night stands etc had stains and dirt all over. Our bathroom had long and short black hairs all over toilet,sink, tub,and floor. Ceilings had old stains and cracked plaster, tiles were missing from bathroom walls. Hotel had a terrible smell through out. The hotel itself didn't look like one from outside and literally looked like a big store front of some kin. We passed by it. No signage or front lighting. It was late and we were in hurry to be somewhere but stopped back for a bit after and I simply asked if they had some cleaning stuff like wipes etc FOR ME TO CLEAN THE ROOM and was told no. When I said our room is literally filthy I got the most uninterested shrugged shoulder oh well attitude. When I say the place was not just rundown, which I could handle, it was absolutely disgusting. Old food crumbs on carpet, stains. Everywhere was booked. We had to stay. Just slept on top of beds with clothes and shoes on and didn't shower. Got up and got out. Tub filthy dirt stains white towels stained and yellowing. Disgusting. Old and outdated is one thing, filthy is inexcusable.
