All of the shops you would need were nearby. However, the experience was horrifying. This property would be a great candidate for a TV show, the ugliest/dirtiest Inn in America. As you approach the Inn you immediately get concerned. The lighting is poor. The entrance to the property is not clearly marked and you may enter on the back side of the building, scary. The infrastructure is dark and dreary. It has peeling paint on the outside walls and is in desperate need of new doors and windows. As you enter the lobby the carpet is dirty and it smells old and mildewy. My room was on the second floor but there is no elevator. Only stairs to access the upper floor. It was distressing for me with an arthritic knee. The room was not clean, dirty furniture that needs updating, dirty refrigerator, dirty bathroom with missing tile on walls, water-stained ceiling and walls with peeling plaster and holes. This place is in desperate need of a renovation. The linen appeared to be washed but is stained. Roaches were present and spiders. All rooms in the area were booked due to a big college game that Saturday leaving no opportunity for alternative housing. After returning home and digging further I learned that The Fairbridge Inn Express Buffalo Airport Williamsville is a two-star Inn. I would not give it any stars.
