"Disclaimer: I stayed here during the pandemic, Jan. 2021.
I didn't know the parking was off-site. I paid for parking but there was plenty of street parking. The TV didn't have access to cast movies from your phone or tablet to the TV, so no Netflix, Hulu, etc. There's a white board in the room, that wasn't cleaned from the previous occupant. It has a welcome note to someone else. The sink in the bathroom had a slow drain which can be gross when you're brushing your teeth. The shower grout was dirty. There was a sliding barn door for the bathroom, the door was filthy. Typically that's not the type of door where people only use the handle/lever, they grab any part of the door to slide it open. I wiped down the door with Clorox wipes and just yuck. There were no amenities because of the pandemic. When I called down for extra towels, I was told okay. After an hour, I called again and was told the laundry truck was delayed and they didn't know when towels would be available. Lastly, and this is most important, the AIR FILTER for the room's heat & a/c looked like it hadn't EVER been changed. The temperature in the room was sporadic but during a pandemic when recycled air is being circulated - this was not okay. Yet the hotel is running commercials on the room TVs about how they've raised their cleanliness standards- all lies. "…""Disclaimer: I stayed here during the pandemic, Jan. 2021.
