Malfranza Apartments represent a set of three self contained apartments which are tastefully designed to lend comfort and peace. The property is located in close proximity to all the south coast where plenty restaurants and nightlife can be found. Due to its strategic location the activities on the west coast; golf courses, restaurants, shopping malls etc are all within half of an hour drive away. The property is situated on over 20,000 square feet of well manicured gardens. They provide for a safe and secure environment and overlook the lush green St George valley which allows for a constant natural breeze that originates from the southeast tradewinds. The owners reside on the property and provide a professional personalised customer service which is second to none. This lends for a homely atmosphere and a truly enriching and most wonderful experience.
