Hotel, food, people, pool, and drinks were amazing. The beach was ok, very rough water and we got red flags all the time in front of the hotel, but the public beach access was open to swim. A few steps way from the hotel. I Didnt understand why that part of the beach was ok to swim, but the one in front of the hotel was not. The hotel views of the ocean were excellent.

The room was fine, clean etc. we did have an issue with the door lock, it wouldn’t unlock, but fortunately the hotel staff came to the rescue and repaired the door lock. The features were fine and we had no complaints. This is my favorite Barbados hotel, and when I return next time the Accra will be my first choice.

We were facing the parking lot, which was fine. Should have book ocean view. Staff was very helpful, kind and wished us good morning or good evening depending of the time of day. I will recommend this place. We also liked the fact that there was a food court/boutiques on the other side of the street. Thank you again.

Wait at reception to register was 40 minute wait ( we were 3rd in line ) Room first night was just terrible. No balcony. No air conditioning Large fan placed in middle of room. Day two we were able to get room changed and much improved. Day 3 pool closed entire day for repair. Overall staff not very friendly. We will not be returning. Our first Expedia stay ever that was a real disappointment

If you are ok with no presure in shower, room OK walked out of hotel to get coffee evey morning. Food disgusting, over priced. Wifi horrible. cleaning staff amazing people. Met two great bar staff the balance of staff rude and overall experience with Sandbar staff and the GM was the worst experince of hospitality ever. Most shocking comment about us i have ever experienced. I am not a " Rude racist American" As I was informed by manager! Ever day we heard and had conversations with other who also had norhing but complaints. We love Barbados we will return to the island but NEVER to any Abidah hotel and in particular the Accrappa!

I reserved two ocean-view rooms with the clear expectation that at a minimum my family would be on the same floor. Instead, we were placed on different floors, creating unnecessary inconvenience and frustration. The first-floor 'ocean-view' room was a disappointment. The view was heavily obstructed by the pool and garden, offering no real visual access to the ocean. Given the price premium we paid for the scenery, the room fell short of expectations and did not provide the value promised at booking.
