"Love how close the hotel was to Brickell station as we took the Metrorail from Miami airport (cost $2.25 USD). The hotel was easy to find, a block away. Hotel reception (Carlos and a young lady, didn’t catch her name) was very nice and welcoming. Room was very clean and spacious. Loved the convenience of a shuttle bus to the cruise terminal (cost $12 USD per person), must reserve on 1st floor in advance. Checkout was easy on hotel app. Dislike: On morning of checkout, elevators took a long time and were packed, so plan to leave early if you’re catching a ride."
