"Check in was quick and easy. The ladies at the front desk were very nice. The room seemed clean enough but one of the trash cans in the room hadn’t been emptied. It had me wondering if other things were overlooked."

"All and all our stay was perfectly fine. When we arrived at the hotel our room was hot. The a/c was completely shut off. And they should have some sort of outdoor seating, even if by the front door. They didn't even have any seating on the outdoor patio by the indoor pool. Just a blank slab of concrete. ..."

"The heated pool was pretty cold. Heat needed to be turned up dryer in the bathroom didn’t work. Bed was uncomfortable. Very firm and pillows were flat room is really small no table or anything window air-conditioning but it had beautiful scenery and easy handicap accessible overall."

"Chris the day manager was very rude. We did not have access to the pool. The tub had paint pealing from it and there was no microwave. When I said something to Chris she was hateful and rude indicating microwaves have been ordered and did not acknowledge the issue of the tub."

"The staff was excellent but this property needs a major upgrade. The sheets were dirty in 2 of the 3 rooms we had. No shower curtain in one of the rooms. The refrigerator in one of our rooms had mold. Curtains are falling apart. Entire property needs to be painted. There was missing ceiling tiles ..."
