I had to wait at the front desk to sign in. The attendant was in back doing laundry. Maybe a bell at front desk or note saying they will be right back. The room’s main overhead light was burnt out, so was very dark when entering. The toilet could stand more cleaning under the bowl rim. It looked pretty disgusting. I noticed it while taking a bath. The bed was comfy, refrigerator worked well. I know it’s a more reasonably priced hotel, but housekeeping should do a better job. I did leave a note about the light along with my room keys.

We stayed for two nights. The exterior door on the side of the building was not locked. We alerted staff right away, the response was "okay" and when we left two days later, it was still broken. The dining area was not cleaned between the two mornings we had breakfast. There was a large beetle in the room. The microwave and coffee pot were attached to a power strip that was hanging between the microwave stand and the TV stand. The TV was also plugged into it, and the power strip was hanging about 2 feet off the ground. Definitely a fire hazard! The linens and carpet appeared to be clean, so we were thankful for that. Hallway carpet appeared to be clean, but the doors and walls all appeared to have been left uncleaned for years. The whole place definitely had a smell of staleness. Overall, we won't be staying here again.

This was a pretty atrocious experience. Went to check in at 10pm and had 2 rooms reserved. No rooms were available and the girls working at the front desk didn’t have permissions to swap us to different rate rooms. There were old mattresses laying in the parking lot. Bed bugs perhaps? Eventually they had 1 room ready - there were stains all over the carpet, the room smelled awful, and there were 2 centipedes in the bathtub! My friend was shown to his room where the front desk attendant was remaking the bed with the same sheets that had been on from prior guest, but they had “only laid on the bed” - a dirty pile of towels on the ground. Y’all it was so bad. We couldn’t stay. The girls at the front desk were absolutely set up for failure by management. I was refunded for the rooms, which ai appreciate, but woof - that was nasty!

Run down dirty elevator needs attention the whole place needs to be updated mold in the shower, ac unit had mold. Water stains above the bed. Bathroom door wouldnt latch. Would never book there again. Zero stars

DO NOT BOOK HERE! This place is possibly the worst place I have ever stayed. Those pics of the room are best case scenario and you won't get the best case. At the very best, you will get a horrible night's sleep and agree with what I am warning you about. Good LUCK!!!
