Check in was fine. Our room was dank; carpeting felt damp when walking barefoot. Ew! Bathroom door would stick and was difficult to open. Mildew and rust around bathroom door and mildew in corners. AC unit was noisy; rattling and whining. Bed was comfortable but pillows were uncomfortable. Overall, a disappointing experience given the price we paid. Would not stay there again and would not recommend.

We liked that there was even wildlife right outside our window to enjoy! Everyone was SO very nice and helpful when needed. To put a plus to it... there were freshly baked cookies!

The room was clean. The front desk clerk was friendly and helpful. Everything was good except the service and food available at breakfast was lacking. Apparently they were short of help. At 7:30 am the hot breakfast was gone and was not refilled before we left a half hour later. There were no spoons or knives. We ate instant oatmeal with a fork.

The Staff was outstanding for what she could do!! We was told two maids quit this day. It was last room and so unsat but had already paid online. Several items broken in Bathroom and cabinet drawer with knobs missing. We had to ask for toilet paper!! Need I say more. Staff did what she could the only good thing was her.

The mattress was very comfortable and I absolutely loved the pillows. If they were for sale I would buy one! Best pillow of any hotel I’ve stayed at!

Our stay made us question our choice to stay here. With broken outside window and taped up smoke alarm also bubbled ceiling in the bathroom.
