I arrived right at 4pm. Have to park ~50yrds from the door. Not allowed to park in the driveway. It's an apartment on side side of house not visible from driveway. One quarter of two story house. You have to walk thru grass/mud to get to the door, easy to drag dirt in. Justify's cleaning fee maybe. Gutter drain also in the way. Electronic cypher lock on door. Bring a flashlight if entering after dark. Cypher lock is in the shadow of door frame, even if the outside light is on. Inside, the place looked brand new. Three rooms total. Main room had a couch, small table and stool, refrigerator, a bar type counter, small square sink and cabinets. Also a microwave and two burner hot plate. Cabinets had very few dishes and utensils. I did see one bowl and two small plates and maybe some pots. The bathroom was clean with towels and soap provided. The shower was a walk-in type. Bedroom was large with a Roku TV and king size Foam bed. Bed was very very comfortable. Bed would would swallow you up and it was a fight to get out. The bed was on posts, 3 per side, including the corners, and placed at the edge of the bed. A toe buster if not accustomed. Three windows in facility. There was only one curtain. One shear curtain in main room that I could see people in the adjacent houses after dark. Maybe ~1/4 mile away at most. There is no closet space.Thermostat is an issue. Not normal so if not your not used to it, you will need some tutelage and practice to get it to work as you wish.
