"Our stay was a basic overnite stay, When we got to the room, it smelled like cigarette smoke. Bathroom wasn't clean, used towel hanging on the hook of bathroom door. Floors had not been vacuumed at all. Basically the only thing done was beds were made. As we went out to dinner, I stopped at the front desk and told them, all he said was he'd make note of it. Towel was still there when we got back from dinner. My mother and I did not feel comfortable in taking showers, because it just didn't look clean. Next morning I stopped in at front desk told the lady at desk, we got a I'm sorry but blame was put on new housekeepers. Although it was an overnite stay, our stay was not a good one. I DEFINITELY would NOT recommend or stay at this facility again. Very very dissatisfied."
