Staff lady at desk was rude and refused to print me a folio at checkout. The pool and workout room were closed for remodeling and Travelocity did not reflect that when booking. Overall, property was run down and breakfast was terrible.

Stayed just for the night, I came in at midnight. A neighboring rooms alarm was going off at 6am and didn’t stop for a while hour. I would have been better off driving tired that night. I was going to talk to the front desk concierge, but a sign said they are away and leave your key inside. I have no clue if I’m checked out or not. Overall, wouldn’t recommend. Stay in Dayton, OH or Indy, IL.

This place was horrible. Dirty, felt gross after showering. The bathroom was disgusting. My boyfriend is 5’6 and his head touched the ceiling. We also arrived late night because we were on a road trip. We were tired and just wanted to sleep. There was a homeless guy that had checked in right before us (around 10pm) who was begging this worker to take his money so he could sleep and then she’d give him the money back when he leaves in the morning, if it was clean. We actually were placed right next to him (4 story hotel) and felt unsafe. Only because he had a pretty vicious dog. He was loud throughout the night, yelling at his dog. Just didn’t feel safe. Overall this place was horrible and will never stay here again.

Cleaners came about 8 AM, long before we were ready to have them service the room. They never came back to make beds and clean the bathroom. We got clean towels only if we caught them clattering around outside our room and went out to ask for them. Property looked rundown and uninviting. Very disappointing. We had stayed at that same property several years ago when it was owned by another company and it had been quite pleasant.

A good stay
Staff very friendly and willing to help. Room was comfortable and clean. Was on the 4th floor, and tho the hotel was quite full, it was quiet at night. There is renovation work going on, but well maintained.

Meh location and breakfast. Clean room.
The meh: This hotel is right by train tracks. If you love listening to trains run day and night, this hotel is for you! The free “breakfast” was limited to waffles, 3 types of cereal, 2 types of yogurts, one type of muffin, and two kinds of bagels. No proteins were offered. The coffee and OJ were thick and palatable only when mixed with water - about a 1:1 ratio. The lobby doors are up a “hill” from the parking lot, so if you have mobility issues, keep that in mind. Also, the first floor rooms are up 9-10 stairs, so anyone unable to climb stairs should ask for rooms above the first floor. The good: super fast check-in. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean.

I was not impressed with this place at all. The staff was extremely rude and inattentive, the property hasn’t been well taken care of since my last visit there 3 years ago. I had to speak to someone higher up after my trip and they made things right but I still wouldn’t recommend this place

Room was good window didn't get wiped off well cause you can see where someone sprayed it n missed areas of wiping cause what was left was dirty from grabbing dirt from the air...otherwise i loved being thete 1st time....i didn't have to use ac or heat ...price was reasonable even though no bigger than the room was id say knock 10$ off of it then it be perfect price....but i would recommend in staying there ...

We made this reservation in their parking lot to find out that we couldn’t just put a deposit down for animals. We had to pay extra money that we didn’t have to stay a 24 hour cancellation policy. You have got to be kidding me and.com made the reservation so they should’ve known the details.

Hotel was “recently updated” but very poorly done and still smelled old and stale. Smelled of cheap cleaning products and air fresheners to cover the old stale smoke smell. We booked online 100% for the pool for our kids, AFTER checking in we were told by another guest that the pool was shut down - we called the desk and they stated it was closed “for a long time”. The rooms were adequate but the bathroom had not been throughly cleaned. We went for breakfast 20 min after it ”started” and there were 2 muffins laid out, a container that had mixed Frosted Flakes and rice crispys in 1 container, and a few apples. Blueberry batter for waffles (no thanks!) and a few old looking bagels wrapped in Saran Wrap. The juice dispenser was out of order. Overall very poor quality of the entire stay. We will not be going back, when traveling through.

I paid for two nights. Was checked out by housekeeping the morning after night one and my belonging collected from the room and moved. Well except my meds. Which were stolen. When I came back after work that night I find my key doesn’t work. So the front desk resets it for me. Guess what? I opened the door to a room someone else had checked into and my stuff was gone. I go back to the desk they have no explanation. And when proceed to put me in a double room much smaller than what I was in. And gave no discount. No refund. Barely a sorry. Terrible stay. Will never stay here again.
