The pool was not in service and had evidently been down for a while. This was not disclosed until we arrived. The front desk person was rude. When we got to the room the refrigerator was not working. Contacted staff and they did change out it out but had to wait sever hours before it got cold. Couldn’t tell what the channels were in the TV Housekeeping manager said that they didn’t have a guide yet and blamed it on Comcast. We had planned to rest and just watch TV but couldn’t find any movies to watch from the beginning because we just had to keep going through the channels until we ran across one. In the past I have always been willing to pay the extra to stay in a Hampton Inn but after this experience I could have stayed at a less expensive place and had a more restful time

We just needed a place to stay for the night. The staff was super friendly, rooms were clean, and breakfast was great! Hampton inns are one of my first choices from now on! Everything was perfect!!
