There were clear signs that the room hadn't been properly cleaned (e.g., the phone was covered in dirt, the faucet hadn't been wiped down, or maybe it was just old), and the hair dryer had dust and dirt on it, and needed repair (the backing to the doorknob to the bathroom was hanging, and the fabric to the chair was peeling). I believe this property needs to be renovated."
