"bed was worn out, couch sits way to low. Lady at the desk came up and asked where the luggage cart was. wife said I returned it. She said no you didn't so we opened the door and showed her that we didn't have it. Breakfast was barely there. 4 peices of toast and waffles. Maybe a apple."
