I would have given this property a 10. The bed was wonderful, great shower and clean but they get a 9 because we couldn’t get internet to work and Semaj (front desk) didn’t care or even try to help us. The phone number for Internet help didn’t work either. In the morning, Yari informed me that the phone number had changed and Semaj was a new hire. She did apologize!
