The tv reception stopped and I called the front desk. It was fixed in about 10 minutes. Excellent response. The hotel is under renovation but I didn't encounter any problems due to that, except I think the pool was closed. The staff was very nice. The breakfast was good.

bed was worn out, couch sits way to low. Lady at the desk came up and asked where the luggage cart was. wife said I returned it. She said no you didn't so we opened the door and showed her that we didn't have it. Breakfast was barely there. 4 peices of toast and waffles. Maybe a apple.

The staff was very accomodating. They switched us rooms as I have a limp. Thank you. There is alot of street noise and the bed needs firmer pillows. Also a hair dryer would be helpful.
