I wasn't able to use WiFi which was needed for work. The front desk gave me a number to call. I called and they tried manually adding my devices to their network which was unsuccessful. The reason for my 1 star review is because they said they would call me back with an update but never did. The hotel staff also didn't follow up with this. My work deadline took a hit so I ended up trying my best with a mobile hotspot instead. I'm just disappointed in the lack of response and acknowledgement with something they were very aware of.

At first parking seemed to be a disappointment as there didn’t seem to be enough spots right outside the hotel but then discovered that the lot across the street had plenty of spots with easy in and out process.
