The listing was technically accurate but here’s some things to know: there’s only window AC units in the bedrooms so on a hot day (90’s when we were in town) the kitchen and bathrooms were uncomfortably warm. There’s only a one lightbulb fixture in the main bathroom so using the bathroom at night isn’t ideal, very dim in there. The stairs are plentiful and a little sketch. Outside stairs are crumbling in places. First floor only has the small living room so you have to climb the narrow spiral staircase to get to the main living area (3 of 4 bedrooms, kitchen, and bathrooms). I’ve never rented a property with such sparse amenities. Kitchen had one roll of paper towels which of course we ran out of, salt, pepper, and cooking spray, that was it. No laundry detergent for washer or anything else. One trash can in the entire place, in the kitchen. Host never replied to any of my messages until hours after we checked out; we stayed 4 days.
