Apart from Victoria, the staff at the reception were not very welcoming and helpful Easy access to the public transportation which is great A little unsafe area close to the hotel with drug addicts but very regular police presence Staff handling the breakfast was doing the best he could, but area was not kept clean during the service Room was spacious. Housekeeping service was overall good. Just a few details here and there. Service is provided every other day.
