There were no shelves in the refrigerator, so leftovers from dinner spoiled . No live music at any bar area like the other hotel and casinos have. Was awakened at 4:49 AM with an all clear fire alarm , amost other things.

The staff , ESPECIALLY the servers/ bartenders were so rude . I also was ignored for 10 minutes at the back bar and when I finally was asked what I would like to drink it took them literally 25 to 30 minutes to get me my drink. The budget also did not even know how to make a margarita on ice. I had to tell them.

I liked how clean the room was and the layout. I did not like the construction going on and also the entry door to room was hard to open and close. Also call staff twice and no one answered the phone. Also no Ice machine readily available.

Nice room. Ample space. Quiet. Shower was nice and plenty of hot water. Currently the first floor is partly under renovation so a bit confusing. Very much enjoyed our stay. Would recommend.

Was met at the front door by staff stating glad we were there and enjoy our stay!! Everyone was so polite. The rooms are clean and very nice. The casino was great. It reminded me of how it used to be 30 years ago when you could actually play the slots for awhile without constant losing!!
