The staff were very nice. However, there was a constant smell of urine down the hallway and in the bathroom from the moment we got there. The floors and walls were pretty dirty as well with hair and Im not sure what else. The comforter had a stain that looked like blood possibly. I did let the staff know of the smells. The laundry room was clean.

I will not stay here again. I originally booked a king size bed, and upon arrival they said the king beds were booked and we would be placed in a double queen room. No price adjustment. We got into our room and it was like the room hadn’t been clean, the floors were disgusting. I requested a new room and the front desk was nice enough to move us rooms. The second room wasn’t much better. Dirty floors, dirty bathroom, wobbly beds. Gross, gross, gross.

We had to make an emergency trip over as my best friend was dying at the hospital and this place looked good. We got into our room to find garbage on the floor, hair in the sink and tub, and the sheets hadnt been changed in what looked like awhile! There was Coffe and blood stains on them. Never again!!!

They did an excellent job of hosting our five year anniversary stay and also very friendly. They decorated our room with roses and chocolates and even went out of their way to get us a bottle of champagne.

This was the second time we have stayed here and we like it. It's very close and only right turns to St. Lukes, which is handy. You have to use a key card to get into the room hallways, which made us feel safe. The property is in a nice opened area.
