"The room didn’t look clean when I opened the door. There was dust everywhere. Didn’t seem like the carpet was vacuumed. We were in an outdated room paying the same price as others from our cheer team who got renovated rooms. The toilet seat in the bathroom wasn’t even the same size as the toilet. My kids couldn’t enjoy the pool for the weekend because the chlorine levels were so high. The chemical fumes were extremely strong and that’s a health and safety issue. My children’s skin was red for hours. Other children were coughing just as bad, to the point where they were puking and couldn’t control it. Definitely was hoping for a better experience for the price I paid. We were so busy I didn’t get a chance to take pictures, but I did take a photo of the toilet when I got there. We had to park a mile away to get to our room because the parking lot still had snow piles that weren’t pushed back enough. "

"We liked the underground parking, well equipped kitchen, gas fireplace, comfortable bedding, late check out and great location. Fantastic bath tub and shower experience. My only complaint might be they did not have any allergy free amenities. My daughter is allergic to lemongrass and that was the bath wash available. We just bought soap at the variety store, which was close by. "

"Property was very clean and taken care of, our room was spacious and had everything we needed. The staff were super friendly, professional and accomodating. There is a restaurant on site which was extremely convenient and the food was delicious. "

"Room was fine- older. Pool was exceptionally frustrating with only 10 allowed at once and no time to swim available as ‘pre booked’ to be forewarned. "
