The room was updated, the staff was friendly and helpful, the only drawback (and a BIG one) on this stay is the bed. It is so worn out it had a huge sag in the middle. I had to try to sleep on the very edge of the mattress so my back can get some kind of back support, but that attempt was unsuccessful whenever my husband toss and turn, and the movement inadvertently made me roll down towards the sagging middle that it was almost comical, had it not ruin my sleep when I was already exhausted, which ruined my energy level the next day with all the planned activities, plus going home with a sore back.

Arrived to the hotel and was met by an amazing staff member Max! He was so easy to chat with and got us off to our room with ease. As we arrived in our room there was a bottle of wine and a card for us for our anniversary, what a great company, and again thank you! Even at the end of our stay I believe her name was Regina, she was excellent. We ended up being woken up at 6am from a bunch of chainsaws and other loud banging outside our room, so they waved the resort fee. With that being said, I still think more should have been done as we were really hoping to be able to sleep in on our only day off, and it being our anniversary. All in all it was a good stay. We ended up eating breakfast at the restaurant downstairs and it was pretty good, bacon was very hard, but best breakfast potatoes I’ve had. Also our server was very nice. She had shoulder length blonde hair. She was great. Can’t wait to come back! Hoping we don’t get an early wake up call however.

Everything was perfect. The only rant I got is the 4:00pm check in, (I booked it a month ago). If a walk in, checks in at 1:00pm he goes to his room, Others who booked weeks before check in HAS TO WAIT TILL 4:00pm. This is not acceptable and needs to be looked into and changed.

Just got back from a 2 night stay. Room was great, stayed in a suite like we always do. With it being fall and getting cooler. It would have been nice to have fireplace going. After doing some time adventures, we got back to the room and thought that since it is a beautiful fall afternoon with the sunshine and no wind. We would do happy hour out on the balcony looking over the village and lake. We couldn’t as the door is locked with some kind of safety lock I guess the property put on. What is the point of paying more money for the room we got. If the little things we wanted and paid for are not available to us. My only complaint and disappointment with stay
