Always a great stay at this location. The staff are extremely healpful, especially Katie and Tracey(?) at the front desk, and Daniella in the breakfast service. The gym is great, and the pool too. Only suggestion would be that frosted glass peel and stick or window covering be put on, at the very least, the lower 3-4 feet of the pool windows as the whole parking lot can look in, and slightly unsettling. Otherwise, very lovely stay, always, and the best cold water and tea and coffee avail in the main lobby.

Everything was excellent the hotel is so clean and big space in lobby and in room. Well organized has everything that someone need to feel like home. I would have honestly given it 5 stars if the hot tub was actually hot. I brought my daughter specifically here for her birthday because of the pool and hot tub. The hot tub was a luke warm bath and when I asked them to turn it up they couldn't. If it is for kids to use then the pool should be heated and the hot tub should actually be a hot tub. Everything else was perfect!
