Honestly the only good thing about Hard Rock is the pool area. Kids loved that as they would any pool. The rest is outdated. The entire set up and trek to get to breakfast/pool/outside is a mission in itself. Do not rate the place for the money spent

I would love to hilton bali to spay and neuter those dogs by the beach, if you are a pet lover you will feel very discourage to enjoy the stay while they are hungry begging for food. I took an excursion to waterfalls places suggested by the hotel Taxi. I wish i didn't do that, i wouldnt suggest. "
