Checked in time was to be 2pm. But at about 1pm, I asked to expedite as i have a 2pm appointment. Requested for King bed but was told bed type not guaranteed. At 1.45pm, assigned a twin bed room.
The light buttons in room do not work. I was out from 2pm till about 9plus pm. The lights could be on after putting in the card. But about 12mn, when i was about to sleep then discover that buttons dont work. Lights cannot be switched off. I didnt call front desk as it is unlikely to be fixed given the state of those buttons and i am not in the mood to pack up and switch room.
Couldnt really sleep. In moring lights would flicker switched off and on by itself. In moring i remarked to front desk about the lights. The front desk just asked why i didnt feedback last night. I wasnt in mood to change room.
Room is dated. The appliances and toilet are all dated and worn. I didnt want to change room after 12mn.
In any case staff wasnt empathising and seems to dismiss my feedback about lousy experience by pushing back to me to say I should complain at night.
