Looks nothing like the photos and very run down room. Don’t go here if you have a car rental literally driving in the tightest alleyway to go in and out plus no parking.

Enjoyed our stay here - good value for money and very spacious. A few downsides - very difficult to access by car, so some drivers refused drop-off. Were warned about renovations going on, however we did not notice the noise, just some dust. We slept late one morning and had the Do Not disturb on, and unfortunately staff did not return to service at a later time. Shower pressure was very poor, and limited hot water.

The property is situated on a narrow and inconvenient street. Additionally, ongoing construction next door, including the use of a large crane, continued until after 10 PM. This hotel lacks integrity & cannot be trusted. This hotel is really not suitable for everyone.

We like the apartment location. Taxi drivers were asking more price to go there because of narrow roads. If you have more luggage then problem. Lifts are not working, property is in construction. Staff are very friendly, breakfast is excellent. Walkable to beach.

Staff here were excellent. Very accommodating and helpful. Very nice size apartment especially for the price. Beach about 10 min walk and nightlife and shopping about 6 mins. Some small restaurants right beside property as well as indomart. Laundry next door also. Very convenient

Great Family Hotel

It was very hard finding a good size 3 bed that can accommodate my big family and Kuta Townhouse just the perfect gem for me. There are indeed other more expensive options with smaller rooms and pool ( albeit closer to the beach ) however we decided to stay here and was not disappointed. Rooms are massive with bathroom each, big living room, kitchen, many options for swimming pools and the staff are just the most kind. We’ll definitely come back here when we plan to stay in Kuta next time!

Like access to 4 pool areas. Restaurants on ground level had great food and most staff very friendly. Was very disappointed at check in as we stood at desk and was not greeted or made to feel welcomed. This was our first trip overseas we stood there trying to get the ladies attention and they did not come to the desk. We ended up sitting at a table waiting for our friends to arrive to help us and find out if we were doing something wrong. Very daunting for my husband and I and our 12 year old child.
