Large comfortable and quiet room. All staff were excellent . Great buffet breakfast . Unfortunately the beach was in no condition for swimming ,not the Conrad’s fault as subject to tides and large amounts of plastic waste. Should be more free activities for guests.

Conrad was amazing, its a beautiful and huge beach resort with all the kids friendly amenities. They have special kids menu, kids pool and play area apart from that for Indian food they have a walkable restaurant "Queens of India" and Bali Collection is also near by to get the souvenirs.

The hotel and the staff are amazing - really exceeded my expectations. It never felt overcrowded or busy. The kids club was great for our daughter. The one negative was eating at Rin. The equivalent of $300 for teppanyaki which was served by a chef who clearly didn’t have any experience. It was embarrassing and really a rip off. Just awful.

Amazing stay

Beautiful experience! The staff could not do enough to make our stay special. The choice of food could be better and the breakfast area is quite small for the number of people so can feel quite crowded. Breakfast options were amazing. Staff were beautiful all round a beautiful stay. Will definitely go back.

Beautiful Views and Lovely People

From the moment we arrived at The Conrad we were welcomed as valued guests by all the staff! With a refreshing beverage in hand and a cool Balinese breeze through the open lobby, reception was friendly and speedy. The bell desk was swift to anticipate our needs for luggage storage and transport. We entered our cool, clean spacious room to relax on our balcony, enjoying the view of the ocean, central pool and grounds. Selamat pagi! was the lovely greeting the next morning at the breakfast buffet which was extensive and delicious. We especially loved enjoying our meal outside under an elevated palapa. Sitting poolside later we commented to ourselves how attentive and hard-working the pool attendants were to the guests. One of the servers from the pool bar/grill recognized my husband from our visit 2 years prior! This connection made us feel like family. We also enjoyed the Conrad's location on Jalan Pratama for it's walkability to eateries, casual shopping and spas. Our grandchildren fed the koi, played at the Kid's Club and built sandcastles poolside. One of our family members was celebrating a birthday as the 8 of us dined at 8 Degrees South one evening. The restaurant prepared a special dessert for her and sang as well! Every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations. Well done and cheers to The Conrad Bali staff!

Wonderful stay, impeccable service

The property is large and spacious, ample room to explore and discover the lush greenery and water features. U would not know that there was a huge wedding going on at the Infinity chapel if u didn’t explore extensively! The service was impeccable and staff were very polite and accommodating. I particular liked the use of WhatsApp, where staff were very responsive in helping me make bookings, providing information. Special mention to Cicilia and Refan for helping me with my grab delivery issue. They were friendly, supportive and went beyond to ensure my issue was resolved. The main pool area is also a wonderful place to hangout, allowing me the respite from my daily stresses. I would definitely return to Conrad Bali for my next vacation!
