Our family of 3 recently stayed at the Grand Hotel for the first time this past week and we had a wonderful time. The rooms are nice, clean, and very large in size. The beds are comfortable and the noise level is minimal. The adjoining stores make it easy to stay nearby and you don’t really have to move your car at all. Many of the nearby stores and food places had not opened for the season yet, so having a pizzeria and cafe downstairs was very nice. I wish they had lower prices, at least for the guests staying in the hotel as we found the prices quite high. The icing on the cake is the beach achess right outside of the hotel. Overall, I’d say we had a great stay at this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

I love this hotel, and now my wife is hooked on it as well. I have stayed here multiple times, and each time, the customer service has been wonderful. The rooms are clean and nicely done, and the ocean view is fantastic. Since this was an off-season stay, the price was extremely budget-friendly. Looking forward to my next stay here.

came in the off season so wasn’t expecting a lot but expectations were not met. 4 restaurants in the hotel and not 1 of them open. as well as not the cleanest room and hotel, but it got the job done. good for the price we paid.

Location was great; lobby was very nice; extremely clean. Front desk team was friendly. Sheets smelled fresh. Bathroom was way too small; room looked like it was missing furniture. View was beautiful, but not a fan of being able to see your neighbors sitting outside as there was no privacy barrier between the patio, just some wrought iron gate thing. The price was great for the weekend.

Our Experience

When we arrived to check-in, the front desk staff (Jennifer) was on the phone ignoring us and the people in front of us. After several minutes, she put the phone on hold and responded to the people in front of us. She was very dismissive of them. Then she rudely told us that we needed to wait because she had someone on the phone and her coworker had stepped away, but we would be helped whenever she (Jennifer) was done on the phone. Other than that, our stay was great and our kids can't wait to come back. The indoor heated pool could have been warmer- it was quite chilly.

Grand experience at The Grand

Hotel was great! Location was so convenient. Clean & spacious rooms. Even this time of year, amenities were nice with a super clean pool & awesome coffee shop downstairs. Only negative was my room location (801) which was a partial ocean view. It was at the end of a hall, which I loved for privacy but it was located next to the service elevator which must have been cycling every few minutes all night. I didn’t notice it until it was super quiet. Otherwise, perfect in every other way

Hotel was very clean and most shops were open during off season. Indoor pool was a little small but looked ok. Bar was pretty spacious. Check in/out was easy and rooms were clean. We had a side room but could still see the beach. The only thing I would not buy again is the desserts in the ice cream shop- very overpriced and just not good.
