Welcome to Sweet Magnolia Terrace. This newly renovated duplex, built in the 1930s, has been updated with all of today's modern comforts while still preserving the charm and architectural detail. You will have gated parking and a precious, shared fenced in front yard. You will be mere minutes from Birmingham Souther, Birmingham International Raceway, and Railroad Park. NEED MORE SPACE FOR A LARGE GROUP? BOOK THE OTHER SIDE OF THIS DUPLEX (SWEET MAGNOLIA)
We look forward to hosting you and hope to provide you, and all of our guests, a five-star experience!

* As part of our efforts to ensure the safety of our neighbors, all guests MUST be verified!

* You will receive an email from GAME ON BNB requesting your verification along with an email asking you to sign the rental agreement.

* If you do not have any reviews there will be a $500 deposit charged after booking.

* For safety, security, and convenience the sides, front, and back entrance to the house is monitored by Ring cameras. Footage may be used to enforce and verify compliance with rental policies. Cameras are recording audio and video.
