The resturant wasn’t open and I was referred to the bar and bar menu , I did not want to eat in a bar . Ridiculous way of making money

I was shocked when one of the young girl at the counter said that she would charge us additonal money for checking in early by an hour than normal 3.00 Pm time. This was shocking and no hotel in the world charges additional money for checking in early by an hour.

After I got off the plane, I lost my wallet. When I arrived at the hotel, the hotel staff told me that without a credit card or cash, I could not stay there. The staff did not help me resolve the problem and only said, “I can’t help you.” Such a staff member is extremely unprofessional and lacks work ethics

Ok for a stop n go visit

Our stay was ok, I wish we had adequate air conditioning . We had to change our high view room due to the extreme heat penetrating the windows, even with the air con on, which blew out warm air and curtains shut. Then moved to another room. It was nice n clean but the lack of cool air in the midst of a heat wave was shocking. No ice in machines on floors was a bummer.

Overall pretty poor rooms were extremely hot as the a/c wasn't working. Check-in was a nightmare they could not find our reservation even though we had the booking number and the hotel had tried to upsell us several times by email before we arrived. In fairness the girl at reception was extremely helpful and offered us a complimentary drink while she tried to sort the problem out. There was also no restaurant for an evening meal but there was bar food. The immediate area around the hotel itself wasnt great. Think i wil stick with the Hyatt in future.
