Front desk staff, while friendly, were not terribly efficient. I had trouble getting a wake up call. The last day, it never came. Luckily I had a back up or I might have missed my flight. This is what brought down the rating. Valet staff was excellent. Did not eat there. Loved that they had a Christmas show in the evenings and they had the BEST cookies for happy hour.
