"The cabin was very clean but sparse. No chairs or even a small loveseat to watch TV You had to lay or sit on the bed. Blinds on the windows would have provided more privacy as you could see into the room on the sides of the curtains if you were outside. Lots of wasted space in the bathroom which could have been used for storage. Spa was never opened and staff were clueless as to if and when they would be. Pool was open but no one around to help if needed. Gym was dark no TV and again no staff to be found. Lockers available but no locks for valuables. Restaurant food was good and staff very nice but they were supposed to serve breakfast but it was not open when we went at 9 am. Overall disappointing customer service."
