Escondido en la pintoresca ciudad de Union Pier se encuentra el "Retiro de Union Pier". Esta hermosa casa está impecablemente amueblada y es la escapada perfecta para sus próximas vacaciones. A poca distancia de varios restaurantes y del centro de Union Pier, así como de la playa Townline. Su grupo adorará la piscina climatizada de asociación y la casa club a pocos pasos de la casa. También su propio jacuzzi privado en su patio trasero. Relájese y tome su café de la mañana en su porche cubierto (con capacidad para nueve) o acomódese junto a la chimenea de leña. Backayrd también está equipado con una hoguera para asar s'mores bajo las estrellas.



El dormitorio principal está en la planta principal con su propio baño completo. El segundo piso tiene dos dormitorios, uno con una reina y un gemelo y el otro con litera completa y dos camas individuales con un baño de gato y jill. Family Winter Getaway

Beautiful cozy, very clean and maintained house. Very good communication. Would love to come back and to enjoy when the weather is warmer to enjoy the back porch area that was decorated so beautifully. Everything in this house was perfect and had everything you needed. 5 Stars!!!!

Great southwestern Michigan getaway

Great property for our family. Listing very accurate. Association pool very convenient and nice. We walked to town line beach, easy drive to beach and restaurants in new buffalo. Great location.

Great House for Pool and Beach Plans

House located in development steps from great pool and clubhouse. Free public beach access is only a short walk or drive away. First floor has a full bathroom with shower perfect for larger families.

Great little spot for two families with little kids

This house was perfect for our little weekend trip with another family and our collective four kids. The kitchen was fairly well-stocked, which was a pleasant surprise. The bedrooms were spacious and the sun room was such a cozy spot for the kids to watch tv or the adults to hang out. Great little house!

Everything we needed!

We brought our family to this home for a little vacation. This house was perfectly separated for our family of three pods!! The screened in back porch, fire pit, and hot tub were greatly used by our group! All the tv’s were smart and easy to use. We lightly used the kitchen, but found it had everything we needed! We also hung out at the pool one day and that was also nice! We would, and have already recommend this house for our friends and family! The only negative was that it needs a new American Flag out front😉🇺🇸 thank you for the great stay!

Girls weekend!

We had the best time at the Union Pier Retreat! The property was beautiful. The house is tucked in a little wooded neighborhood, so it felt very private and was quiet. All of the rooms were great with comfortable beds, kitchen was stocked with everything. And it was all sooooo clean! We loved the screens porch tho it was a little too chilly to sit out there long, the hot tub was our favorite part, we spent hours out there. The house was stocked with everything you could ever need which was so nice to not have to worry about packing any extras. And communications with the property manager was quick and easy, any questions we had were answered. We truly enjoyed our long weekend away just us girls, and are all already thinking about booking again and bringing our families!

Nice house, and area.

The property is definitely lived in, and needed some tweeking, etc. The living room couch had spots all over, and kept sliding on the wood floor against the curtains. There were personal family pictures, out, junk drawer filled , no pepper or simple spices, etc. I just feel like it was slightly pricey for a place that was not pristine. The listing said there was a roku on TV in kid's area, but there wasnt. There was nothing saying to bring your own firewood, or where to purchase it.

Bachelorette party

A group of us rented the house for a bachelorette party. It was perfect for our medium sized group! The area is beautiful as is the house. One recommendation would be to have a space heater in the three seasons room to hang out as you get in and out of the hot tub.

Close to the beach

We enjoyed our stay, it was a close walk to the beach and not far from Warren Dunes as well as a zoo. They had a nice pool that we utilized as well with a game area that was nice when it rained. The house could have been cleaned a little better before we got there by the cleaning staff. The light in the dinning room was full of spider webs and dust and when we walked in there were cheerios left on the floor there were not swept up. Other than that it was a nice house for our family to enjoy vacation.

Beautiful home in Union Pier, Michigan

My friends and I came here to celebrate us all turning 40 this year. There was 5 of us staying there, but there was plenty of room. The living/dining room and kitchen are all open so it makes for easy gathering/eating/socializing. Having 3 bathrooms really came in handy when it came time for us to get ready. The hot tub was a hit. The screened in porch was great for having wine and snacks before dinner. The property managers were super responsive! If I sent an email I knew I could expect a response within the next few minutes. If you’re looking for a quick family get away from the city, or a place to stay for a girls trip this is it!! Look no further!!

Great House!

The house was great - clean and well-stocked with everything we needed for our family to have a great vacation. The neighborhood and association pool were a perfect place for our kids. Our older kids (7+) loved having a room and essentially whole wing of the house to themselves.

Great holiday property

Excellent property, photographs don’t do it justice, particularly upstairs. Community pool a great feature, to go with BBQ, firepit and hot tub. Several shops, restaurants and a brewery close by, and wineries not far away. Beach an easy walk. Well equipped and Bluefish management very responsive to requests ( eg fixed a light bulb and missing barbecue tools in less than an hour).. highly recommended.

This is our 4th family vacation in 11 years, and this ranked #1 in matching the needs. 12 people (ages 9-74). Loved the beautifully decorated home, the quiet neighborhood, the pool access, the hot top, and the proximity to another home that was rented by extended family. We enjoyed exploring the area and just relaxing. The two porches gave us plenty of space to read, play games, or just talk, and there was lots of that since we hadn’t been together in a year.

Great getaway home

Had a great three-night stay at this property. Property was fully stocked with everything you need. Tons of towels, which was great for hot tub and showering for all 10 of us! Location was great for visiting Warren Dunes and a day trip (a little over an hour) from South Haven. Owners are very responsive to house issues.
