Whole place was super clean, room was comfortable and nice an warm, dove toiletries were great, breakfast was lovely, the place is only 10 minutes from ashford and comes with free parking, all at super value.

Paid for breakfast but I was not told it stopped being served at 9am Monday to Friday, requested a refund but told it was not possible due to my booking. A little disappointing as 9am is early if your not in a hurry to leave, 10am would be much better.
