Went to a wedding at the Sunriver resort grand lodge. This room was perfect location and so nice inside. Would definitely stay here again.

No instructions to find the key
The room is nice. Very comfortable. But the address isn’t on the building making it difficult to find. Also, there were no instructions telling me where the key was located. I just happened to see a box next to the main door and the key box inside that. There was no way to know that the apartment was inside a building. Minor frustration. Recommend providing more detailed instructions to find the room and the key.

Clean property but sofa bed and screen door need repair
The property itself was clean and fairly spacious for a studio with one bed. My family of three stayed here recently and all was well until after the first night when we hurt ourselves she trying to put away the broken sofa bed frame. It snaps down very quickly and requires lot of strength to close it up because it is bent or broken. Therefore, I do not recommend using. We needed two beds so in order to make it work and to keep enough space, we used the mattress on the floor which was less than ideal for a rental. We also found that the kitchen did not have some basic items like a serving or cooking spoon or ladle, a knife or a cutting board. Last, the screen door doesn’t open properly so in order to use it you have to leave it open so you can lift it up over the tracks. There’s definitely a few things that would improve this. If we had not gotten hurt we may have overlooked this, but I am writing this review so that the next few renters can inquire about whether these items are fixed. Otherwise, it may not be worth staying here if you have more than 2 people.

Needs Attention
When we arrived, about a half hour after suggested check in time, the unit had NOT been cleaned - bed not made, bathroom not cleaned, dishes in sink, I called customer service (# provided). The lady asked us to leave and she would send in cleaners. When we came back the shower curtain was gooey - not cleaned. I called Customer Service (CS)again. CS said she would send over a new shower curtain which she did. The remote controls (3 of them) did not work. Maintenance man for SunRiver lent us his personal remote which did work. This is our first VRBO/Vacassa experience and it was less than great. CDK
