"The staff was friendly, room was clean and the beds are comfy. The shuttle to Disney is easy and convenient. The only thing I would note is the checkout time is 11am (website etc) and the information posted on the door says 12pm. "

Exterior of the hotel is not much to write home about, BUT location near airport and shuttle back and forth are a real asset. Room was clean and comfortable. Perfect for our needs, an overnight before flying the next day on to our final destination."

"Everything was perfect except parking. It would get full with outsiders. But the staff promptly found a solution to park outside on the side of the building. Wasn’t safe. A lot of naked homeless sleeping on the floor next to the building but they did the best they could "

"For an airport hotel, the Sonesta was excellent. Easy and regular airport shuttles, several restaurants on the property (a bit expensive, but that's how it goes). The food was very decent - loved the sushi restaurant. The bed was COMFORTABLE and loved the pillows - most comfortable bed I've been at an airport hotel in a long time. Very friendly staff. Can't complain. Would stay there again for sure. Thank you!"
