"Jim and Jae have a wonderful listing. We cannot give them any higher recommendation. Outgoing and friendly couple who are willing to share their beautiful view with visitors. Sitting on the porch, sipping on coffee, and watching the world wake up was the best. In the mornings, we were greeted by the wildlife. Lake Ann is a hidden gem. As far as the accommodations, the rooms are big and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom/ shower has enough room for two. Although the bed is a full size (we are used to a king) it was extremely comfortable. Needless to say, we are looking forward to our next trip. "

"This cozy getaway is both in a neighborhood and tucked into the woods on an Arkansas hillside which gives a very nice remote/private feel. The short driveway is rather steep down to the covered carport. Our only problem was the AC pre-arrival settings. It was pre-set to 85 for our July arrival so it was quite hot inside the house. Thankfully check in details were provided just as described and we were able to access the house right at 4 PM and get the AC going. The AC works fine and it cooled enough we were able to stay there that first night, and were comfortable the rest of our stay."
