You need to queue and validate your car plate and pay at the reception, it isn't particularly efficient when you have a long queue of guests who are checking in. After validalidation, the parking barrier won't lift up on exit and we had to go back to the hotel. Luckily, one of the staff member has been really helpful and resolve the issue. This is definitely something to review and improve."
