Great location! Always a plus to stay here! Breakfast however wasn’t replenished like it normally is and it doesn’t end until 10:30. I was down around 9:30 and only cereal,pastries, and eggs available. I don’t think they were well prepared for the amount of guests staying.

Cleanliness could be better

Not sure if this was a hotel wide issue or just my specific room, but I didn’t get the feeling that our room was really inspected/thoroughly cleaned before being ready. The hand lotion was not secured into the wall, rusting behind the toilet, the floor mat had an obvious stain. We didn’t see it until the morning but the bed sheet also had a yellow stain. I didn’t take a picture but we moved the couch pillow to pull out the sofa bed and sitting on the couch cushion was a couple of coins and hard candy - nothing that was disgusting, but things that were obviously in sight and would have been seen if the couch had been cleaned in between visitors. I told a staff member, not really looking for a refund just so they knew the condition of the room, and he offered to put points on my Hilton account (which he didn’t even end up doing.) I will say, probably the best free breakfast buffet of any hotel I’ve stayed at. The omelet bar was fantastic and a large variety of other hot food.

Not worth $200+ a night.

My wife and i were traveling home from our honeymoon and wanted somewhere nice to stau the night and it was...okay. The first impression is nice. Fancy looking lobby. However, we checked in at 11pm. Check in starts at 4pm. Our room wasnt clean at all, it wasnt busy to not have it cleaned yet. So we got a different room. The bathroom fan doesnt work in the new one. The shampoo bottle on the wall is broken off and wasnt fixed either. And the breakfast buffet was okay. Nothing spectacular and the sausages were burnt. Wouldn't come back.
