"This is a fantastic property! It is a small boutique apartment hotel with lovely rooms and a very nice courtyard. Our room was 1000 ft.² with two bedrooms and a kitchen and the living area. The staff is absolutely wonderful. Highly recommend this hotel it is in the heart of the old town - walking distance of the major sites. "

"I arrived on Sept 14 night, and the owner was very friendly. She was already waiting for my arrival. As my flight leaving for Santiago, Chile is after midnight, I was a bit nervous to ask the owner whether I could leave my luggage after check-out, she was very generous to allow me to stay late till I leave for the airport at 21:00 tonight. That really impressed me. I would like to recommend this long-history hotel to any travellers who want to explore Quito. Excellent service, comfortable room, fantastic breakfast, and reasonable price. Also the big dog staying in the backyard is called “Moto”. I hope I would come back again soon.."

"This was our first time in Ecuador, and we spent two nights at Hotel Casa Ecuatreasures. The building itself is beautiful—full of charm, stunning architecture, and lovely decor—right in the heart of the historic district. Our room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and felt safe and secure. What truly made our visit special was Hernan. His hospitality exceeded our expectations. He offered us personalized day and night tours at a very reasonable price, and we felt incredibly lucky to experience Ecuador through his guidance. He provided an official Quito map, explained our options, and tailored the itinerary based on our limited time. For the day tour, we visited the equator and rode the TeleferiQo cable car. In the evening, we explored both the historic and modern districts, finishing with a delicious street food tour—an absolute highlight! Each morning began with a traditional Ecuadorian breakfast, complete with coffee and fresh juice made from local fruits unique to Ecuador. Hernan went above and beyond throughout our stay—driving us to the sites, sharing his deep knowledge of Ecuadorian history and culture, and answering all of our questions with enthusiasm. His warmth and generosity made our experience unforgettable. We truly enjoyed our time at Hotel Casa Ecuatreasures and can’t wait to return to see more of the sites we missed.
