House keeping team were great. Excellent breakfast options in a clean environment. The hotel restaurants were quite a bit more expensive than the ones outside the complex, without much difference in the food. Excellent bars in the hotel. Happy hour at the Coconut Bar was 5.30 - 7 each day and included some fantastic sunsets. Variety of pools were brilliant. New kids pools across the road were fun and included a lazy river, as well as 4 slides and wave pool. Great location. 5 minutes from Kata Beach, 10 from Karon, 25 from Patong. Will return when we next visit Phuket."
