I've seen people complain about construction- you can't even tell/notice! Was not a worry. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I've seen complaints from others and I'm really not sure what there is to complain about. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone traveling to Phuket. Very family friendly as well, about a 5 minite walk to the beach which is fairly crowded but I wouldn't expect anything else at a destination like this! "
