We love the primavera park. Spotlessly clean, great rooms, lovely breakfast and great location. We be only slight downside was the noise of the Christmas market/live music till around 1am when we stayed in December. Not the fault of the hotel but it was so so loud

Power in bedroom cut out, spent an hour trying to get it back on, female receptionist was not helpful just said she'd tell the cleaner, appeared to find it amusing, this spoilt the overall stay. Casual Pop Art Hotel
The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. Our check-in was extremely efficient. Our room was spotless and the bathroom was also spotlessly clean. My wife was impressed with the Rituals range of personal care products in the bathroom. Overall an excellent place to stay.
