I have now stayed at the senator hotel on four occasions, it is a top class hotel. The cleanliness is outstanding, the staff from the front desk to the cleaning staff are outstanding friendly and obviously work as a team. I would have no hesitation in recording this hotel to anyone who is coming to Gandia beach. I will definately be back. Barry

Easy check in Great views from our “sea view” rooms and so close to the sea and many restaurants nearby. We walked everywhere. Breakfast was tasty (given we found it tasty and satisfying even on Day 5) Big shout out to tall man at the omelette /egg counter! 😊 Very patient and kept dishing out whatever we asked for Easy place to relax and enjoy. Amazing place

The hotel was absolutely fabulous. The facilities were perfect, with amazing food in both the upstairs restaurant and the bar area by the pool. The staff were so friendly and always happy to offer the best service. The room was so comfortable and very clean and modern. The air conditioning made the hotel the perfect place to relax in the heat of the day. The beach and promenade were just a short walk away with a great variety of shops and bars/restaurants.

Excellent hotel but some small personal disappoint

Clean modern hotel with an excellent location on Gandía playa. Lovely cool room / spaces sorely needed in the summer heat! Swimming pool area was too crowded for us to even get a seat so that is an issue. The biggest disappointment for us though was that the restaurant on the top floor with its spectacular views and interesting sounding menu is closed on Mondays so we lost out on that and we were both dying to sample the menu:(

This is a wonderful hotel; nice service, super clean, beautiful pool and a short two block walk to the beach. It is ideal if you speak a little Spanish; while staff can speak a little English, there is room for mistaken communication. I enjoyed the quiet and yet the access to the beach. The breakfast was a real plus, with amazing food, and free parking in the area a true plus. And the price of the hotel is extraordinarily low, particularly when traveling from Barcelona, where hotels were twice the price and parking was 30 Euro a night in a garage. Again, Gandia parking is free!
