Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Room cleaned every day. Very clean. Plenty of choice for food. Some of the food could have been warmer. Stayed full board. Included hot drinks at breakfast and juice at lunch and dinner.

There fir my wife's 60th birthdays celebration in Benidorm. We were given a basement room with a view of a rear yard. The patio door would not lock and was therefore insecure. Ordered a special welcome pack to celebrate, but not delivered. Breakfast was good, with a wide selection available.

"Our room door was left wide open for 6-8 hours on multiple occasions, even after making a complaint about it to reception staff. The reception staff and manager were rude and unprofessional and the housekeeping staff/management, in addition to leaving room doors wide open, left a master key card on the table in our room, which presumably would have provided access to every room in the hotel! The hotel's resolution to all of these issues by numerous members of staff from multiple departments was to have a word with the person who cleaned our room! "
