It is dated and the rooms could have queen beds. Our room Had an electrical plate cover off also. For a hotel that is supposed to be for politicians and presidents, It sure does not reflect it. Over priced.

Hot water was out for two days in some sections of the hotel. Solution "just let the faucet run for a while". Option 2. "How about some Bonvoy reward points". I had to ask to be moved to a new room. Also, do we pay for internet or not? One staff says yes, one staff no.
