The property was stunning. I was surprised by valet only options, robot vacuum named Lilly cleaning the hotel floor, and inadequate service in Tidal restaurant. I appreciated the reusable water bottle, green roof, and look and feel of place overall. I wish bathroom door had latch or lock in the room.

One of three Hyatt properties next to each other this hotel is smaller but cozy and friendly. Good restaurant, great spa with a pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, and nail salon. Walking distance from the Pike Place Market and a block away from the Paramount Theater and the Seattle Convention Center. Great food options in the blocks surrounding the hotel. I'll be back.

We loved out stay at the Hyatt At Olive 8. It was extremely close to Paramount Theatre. The staff are very friendly and the room was great! Thanks (we did not park there)

Quiet, clean hotel. Staff was very nice and pleasant. Great pool, hot tub, steam room. Hours were open long time for some rest and relaxation after a long day of touring. Centrally located to all great tourist spots. Everything was in walking distance. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We stayed and paid for parking across the street. About 1 mile walk to space needle and pier 55. Very walkable if you are confident. Best pool and hot tub I habe had the pleasure of aside from my own private one and sauna was relaxing. Very nice hotel with great views of the city.
